Wow! That is so gorgeous! The color totally grabbed me first thing. The clarity of the flower’s details just nailed me. Can’t stop staring — with a big stupid smile. LOL

Splendid!
Gorgeous! This is exactly what I needed to see. Everything is grey and slushy here. My favorite flower. I love this. I would love a print. Do you sell prints?
Excellent, excellent stuff.
My little green alter-ego was sitting here, looking at your beautiful flower, saying, “I shoot flowers, why don’t I have a photograph like that?” I thought of my own flower that I shot, probably that closely focused, and then my little beige alter-ego said, “Perhaps because the flower you shot was a hibiscus.”
Anyway. I’m over myself. Beautiful shot. Thank you.
lovely lovely photo…
i want to reach out,, and stroke it’s petals..

whoa, this is different. Very nice too. I love the feel, soft and also like a painting in some way.
This is just awsome!
Thanks for stopping by my site.
wow, I’m just seeing this flower picture for the first time, it’s so vibrant and beautiful. What lens did you use for the shot? RYC: I took a look at the site and I LOVE it! I LOL’d at one of the pictures. I wonder how he does it, if he waits and waits for the shot or if they are models. I’ll have to Google him a bit.
looks like a painting…
RYC: You like balls? Probably not.
You have this wonderful ability to bring the familiar to a higher plane…a flower no longer is a common object in our visiaul vocabulary, but a very individual and unique entity…What a truly stunning image this is!
