Very nice pic and I like the quote, but I have seen many a strong heart broken when the burden became too heavy. That’s when prayer helps me.
Re: Your comment at the Beacon about your grandparents. Yeah, all good things must come to an end. Only it should not end if the parents become grandparents. I only wish I could see our grandchildren. Only Page is near and we seldom see her. It’s not the same as when the family was that tight knit group of people who gathered frequently and loved so hard.

i write about the present moment to help stay in it…
i am not all that successful at doing it …
with lots of attention and help i am increasing the percentage attention i have in it … but i am still unconscious in general with brief interludes of semi -wakefullness…
i try not to be too hard on myself about it..
but i am and it doesnt help one bit…
