I love houseboats. I don’t know why I find them fascinating, but I do.
That is obviously considerably upstream from the giant brown mudslick that slides past this city. I’d like to see this face of the river someday.

That’s awesome, I don’t know if I’ve even ever seen a picture of a houseboat before, just heard about them in books. And I love how it’s this bright little spot of sky blue amongst all taht green.
Houseboat, or Boat House? Either way, I love floating archetecture. Thank you so much for the pictures.

About your poor kitty….Have you changed food recently or had something new done around your house? I was thinking this sounded like allergies. Cats can have hair loss with food allergies. I was just wondering if this might be the case. I would say that it also could be nerves, but since it just started I doubt this is the case.
Did you take her to the vet when you thought she had a cold? Sometimes they will inject the kitty with Antibiotics and they can get a bald spot from that. If she is taking oral meds, that would do it too.
Keep me posted on how she’s doing. My kitties, maya and elsie, are worried about her.
