Life’s up and downs provide windows of opportunity to determine your values and goals – Think of using all obstacles as stepping stones to build the life you want.Marsha Sinetar
There is an opportunity quote on the board outside my department today too.
Opportunities are never lost; someone will take the one you miss. ~Author Unknown
good point. I think I may have just found that window.
Great shot! I like the quote, too. :goodjob:
God! That’s a spectacular photo. I love it. That one and the one looking up the tree trunk. Those two are my favorites!
Are you okay?

Well, a window of opportunity was recently presented to me, and hell ya, scary as it is, I am Carpe Dewindow!!
:spinning: :fun: :sunny:
but sometimes its hard to look past the obstacles.. but, i try.
well i just swear. i mean, not swear like swear, but i swear that you more than not seem to post a photo and quote that are so timely to me…
:heartbeat::goodjob:
thanks for your comments. I agree with you re the distractions. This is the kind of comment I need. thanx again
your photos are art, they are inspiring.
Very nice shot. It asks more questions than it answers (at least to me)

This is a very graphic shot. Great comp! I love all the lines.
The black space at the bottom had me fooled for a minute as I thought the photo didn’t load fully for me, but then I realized you must have planned it to look like that. Sort of looking over a barrier to see the sky, as an inspiration.
I like it! The obstacles are there in life, but the windows give us hope of overcoming them. Hmmm.
Mom:wave:
:sunny:…along with Ava, I too was confused at first. Kept waiting for more of a download. …wish I would have had that quote in my arsenal yesterday – the day from hell! …growth beyond obstacles! MuSe PS:…BB later made comment that included airchild’s new site address, if you’re interested. PSS:…clink on “address” in above comment for link to airchild’s new sit. M
Thanks so much!!! I was actually surprised with the results. I had no idea how it was going to come out. With a shooting off the bridge and with someone walking across at about the 3 minute mark (vibrations from the walking) I thought for sure that this would be rubbish.
As far as the film, I used Kodak Gold 400. Nothing special there, and I had it developed at a Safeway one hour lab. The Safeway by my house actually does very good consistent work.
i dig on your pics – especially the black and white cat :coolman:
Without the downs, you can’t recognize the ups.
Hmmm….wrote a comment and it went missing. Just wanted to tell you I think your photographs here are wonderful, and made even more powerful with the well chosen quotes. Great work.
Engrossing shot. My eyes want to finish the view by adding a bottom part to it that matches the top of the photo.
