I consider myself to be an above average cook, but crab and lobster are two things that I’ve NEVER tried to cook. I fix a mean salmon, and I know how to cook good shrimp, but that’s about it for sea food.

I’ve never had crab. Up in Maine I had let’s see comes in a shell, was it clams or oysters? All I remember is the grit!
I got my first taste of lobster tail in San Antonio no less!
