(from the archives) snorkeling on the Belize coral reef circa 2000

It is in our idleness, in our dreams, that the submerged truth sometimes comes to the top.
Virginia Woolf*to answer a question asked quite often, YES, i take all the photos you see posted here
and this photo was taken with a disposable underwater camera, no fancy rig at all. i think i lucked out.

you have got to be one the most beautiful persons I have ever seen..
or uh, read of.
ha.
thank you for being around.
the little things you say keep me alive. thank you ever so much.
love.
Oh, what a beautiful picture. Did you take it? I like the beautiful quote, too. :goodjob:
I just wanted to tell that you I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit to your site. Infinite Blessings
Wow. I should have a lot of dreams floating up the past few days.
THIS is a tight photo. Does this mean YOU were underwater? Perhaps scuba diving?
Thanks for taking me to a place I will never go but now can feel. Cheers
Belieze just seems like a fantasy until you make it a reality!
This is the kind of pic a Nixie can love. I absolutely love underwater life. The blue in this picture is so amazing. It makes me want to take a trip.
i came to your site through icrashonmyface. i really like your style. i like seeing thing through your eyes, or..through the lense of your camera. very nice. :fun:
Oh besides the beauty of your photograps are your wonderful quotes.
Made me think a bit, it did. I think often that truth is stumbled into in dreams and idleness.
I think the best part of that photo is the abstract reflection of the reef in the water’s surface above.. I am literally drawn to look at it with the interest of someone who’s never seen such a sight before. Now I want to go snorkeling! I just dropped by to compliment your incredible shot here, keep on shooting!

ahhhh…lovely.
How could you bear to come back to the surface after seeing such beauty? I have only snorkled once in water like this and I wanted to dive deep, and stay. If I was every lucky enough to be able to snorkle, I fear I’d sleep with the fishes because reality is much to harder to take after seeing the beauty of the deep.

Nice quote to go with the beautiful picture. Do you have an underwater camera? Or do you have a contraption that you use with a regular camera?
oooooh….. Quite
Nice ..kytti..
What wonderful color! Not bad at ALL with a disposable.
I’d definitely use a disposable underwater. I’m not brave enough to risk the underwater housing on my camera.
that’s incredibly beautiful.. i miss the ocean.
oh my god, WOW!!!
:sunny: This photo really makes me miss living near the ocean. I love it!
Thanks for the compliment on the photo I posted today. I really appreciate it!
By the way, have you ever been to http://www.deviantart.com? If not, I think you would like it quite a bit.
By the way, where did you shoot this? Take care.

It’s amazing, just how good deisposable cameras are, these days!
:p
You’ve got a following I think. What do you think?
How was the bbQ? Only three bottles of wine. If I was there, I would have required one all to myself!
lisa
Yeah… that’s some pretty good quality for a disposable.
I think those statuemen are there… to guard something. The question is… what?
Just shows what a pro can do with even a cheap camera – what an awesome blue!
hi,
was just browsing around. i really like your pictures, all of them. it’s so nice to have finally found someone with talent. wink i have a few pictures on my site too, not half as much as you, just a few. feel free to check them out. take care and keep up the good work.
Your work is amazing. I love your style, the way you show things for what they are.
