The wine urges me on, the bewitching wine, which sets even a wise man to singing and to laughing gently and rouses him up to dance and brings forth words which were better unspoken. Homer
Homer: “But every time I learn something new, it pushes out something old! Remember that time I took a home wine-making course and forgot how to drive?” Marge: “That’s because you were drunk!” Homer: “And how!”
:giggle:
Heaven better be a whole lot more than just wine, because I can’t drink much of it any more. I do like the spritz drinks you make. :goodjob:
I don’t whiiiiiiiinnnnneeee, dooooo Iiiiii.
Wine…it shure does bring forth words which were better unspoken…sometimes:shysmile:
If Homer only had Grey Goose Vodka, I imagine how much more dancing and singing he’d let loose:lol:
yay! do you have this in your basement? yay! party at southland’s house this weekend!
i think i only like desert wines. i haven’t acquired a taste for most wines yet. thats sad about the euthanizing? of the cats…i guess its our responsibility to get them neutered or spade, but thats a bit sad too.
Nice picture. I wonder how many words have been spoken under the influence of wine that folks regret later?? My husband has tried many times to find a wine that I would enjoy. He finally found one that I can tolerate . . . it’s only 2% alcohol.
PRICELESS!!
Row on row and tier on tier is the endless expanse of wine contained. Ah, but the redolence of such storage is resplendent.

“red, red wine….make love to me….set me free”
Ugh. It makes us ignorant men dance too. It’s a painful sight, that awful wine. O_o
i guess that means that we probably can’t get farther away from one another without leaving the counrty. i am hopeful with this move. i am hoping that something closer will help me get myself together and pursue something from within. who knows. i can only hope. love.
Speaking of wine…
hmm. the first thing that popped into my head when i saw the picture was a song that is played on the “bob and tom” radio show called, “Orange Barrels” by Todd Yohn
um, if the people upstairs hadn’t actually taken the air conditioner, i coulda packed it up and sent it to you, ma cher! (and yes, it does seem kind of funny to me as well that people are always loathe to accept goodwill, but then, who knows what their previous experiences have been, eh? all i know is, there really are no strings attached on my end of the deal. *soft smile*)
Great foto today and in the previous blog…

A different Homer, but one of my favorites …
