ONE WHO WAITS: There are those who believe that time is a wheel turning forever.
Which would mean that your moment will surely come. Then, there are those who believe
that time is a river. Which, if that’s true, it’s possible that your moment has already flowed by.
ED: Which one do you think it is?
ONE WHO WAITS: Ah. I think that time is just time.

  • :) Northern Exposure was one of the best TV shows of all time. :eprop::wave:

  • The photos of Yosemite are so winderful–and they are yours, right?

My ex-husband took loads of Yosemite pictures, and I have them all around my house.  Yosemite is a place, like the ocean is, that I can go to and just soak up the wonderous feeling of being small, of not being the center of the univers, you know?

  • i love ed.

  • looks like a great place to wade in…

and then realize the water is 40 degrees! ;P

i miss northern exposure, too…good show!

  • Lovely, again.

  • I don’t know.

  • Really nice pictures, how long have you been a photographer? :0)

  • That was my all-time favorite show.

  • ahhh . . . looks refreshing. :goodjob:

thanks for the positive energy :)

  • Re: your comment Friday June 25 – My Post wasn’t about foolish wars, like the present, but it was about a person spiritual war. “Arise all warriors a battle we must win… We’re never turning back to our lifestyles of worthless sin… We pour our hearts to you Lord… Our past is never coming back, We cry victory.”

  • It is happening again and again.   Your photos are a chronicle of your travels and your photographic eye.   Your images of everyday life are beautiful too.   But they all gain so much when matched with the quotes.   It’s like a marriage where the couple are both better for the relationship.

  • Thanks for stopping by! Nice pics! Did you take them yourself?

  • Can I live on that rock?    The Alan Parsons Project is suddenly echoing through my brain.  “Time keeps flowing like a river…”

  • Beautiful picture!  Time flows by too fast at times and too slow at other times.

  • I haven’t been to Yosemite since I was 15. Simply lovely.

I’m remiss in offering my congrats on your show opening and on your sales. Hope it continues going well. Way to go!

  • I created a blogring that is meant for people who post more photo entries than they write.  it’s ( photo network ) if you want to join…

  • I can not tell you how much I agree with the notion that what we think, expands.  Thank you so much for saying it.  I always tell people, if you want it, think it, imagine it, all that energy is just flying out there!

why are you alone all week?

  • Awesome photo!  I like the sayings that you have too. It really makes you stop and think.

Thank you for your very nice comment. It is very much appreciated!!!

  • :sunny:Beautiful pictures!!!  Have a fabulous day!

  • I believe that every waking hour is a moment to live or allow to be pass by.  Sometimes, it’s just nice to lay back and watch it pass by :)   I luv the picture…makes me sad about being in Pasadena, hehe!

  • I haven’t been to Yosemite for eons… but I think if I tried to shoot there, I’d feel too intimidated by The Ghost Of Ansel… LOL

    I loved Northern Exposure!

  • ah Philly.  What does your partner do?  Do you go out and take photographs everyday?  Are they all landscapes?  Or people too.

  •  This is a wonderful photo, full of woods and water. It looks like the Perfect Summers Day.

  • I keep returning to this particular photo, South. It’s beautiful.

The chinese doctor isn’t oriental at all. He simply practices chinese medicine. He is delightful, though. I’ve actually been able to sleep a little since friday. I did try taking a pill, but it didn’t really help and I don’t want to depend on artificial aids. In addition to acupuncture and guided imagination exercises he suggested using Lavender oil, which I did, and yoga deep breaths.  :)
