You amaze me. Such and eye for beauty. Love the quote too.
Oh, you knew I’d love the cummings quote, didn’t ya?
Lovely shot.
:goodjob: that makes me smile…the colors are so vibrant. the background goes well with the color of that flower!! just a great shot!!! and the quote is mighty tasty… perfect for lunch!
i resize my images in photoshop… the quality isn’t as good but anything under 30k will post so you can’t click on it and make it larger.
I really love your macros. You have a wonderful eye for nature shots, you really do. Your shots like this just capture so much. Such good emotion, color, balance, texture… you got it goin’ on!
In answer to your question about my Hawkeye: I don’t have to trim the spool for the 120 film. The older models could accommodate 120 spools in the supply chamber, but not in the take up. So what you can do is just pop a roll of 120 in there and use a 620 spool for take up. Luckily the photo lab will return the 620 spool if I ask.
The way you can tell the difference between the older models and the new is pretty simple. If you pull up on the button that puts the camera shutter in ‘bulb’ mode, it will have printed on it either “LONG” or “L”. If it says, “LONG” it’s an older model.
NICE. love the color contrasts.
cummings and that flower and suddenly I feel horny.
still no flowers here
Lovely fower, I wish I had one of those to take a picture of. What are they called again? My grandmother has like a million of those at her house, I should go up there some time and snap a few. Abstract rules!

Looks like Okeefe.:sunny: Very pretty.
It looks so beautiful that it looks poisonous.
Many flowers laugh quietly, but some laugh exuberantly. Such as Forsythia when one needs a lift in spring. Or Cyclamen any time. Denver doug
Waaaahhhhh, the earth’s laughing at me!
never thought of flowers laughing at us… but it makes sense now that I think about it
well, you know me… pic got my tongue all excited :p
Believe that quote! Why does the color in the flower remind me of jello I used to make? :spinning:
What a perfect combination of pic & quote. That flower is spectacularly marked isn’t it. And very pink!
