Great pic and wonderful quote. I agree with candlescents. There’s special quiet that comes from the snowy atmosphere. And sometimes if the trees are icy, the slight breeze make that little clicking sound that I love.
aw, don’t sell yourself short. “being on the ball” can mean anything: striving to hold onto dreams, pursuing a challenge. that kind of tenacity is the sort i wish for. and YES…by golly, age is a beautiful thing. a testament to a life survived. congratulations!
