  • This is where I went yesterday…the quiet tidepools of Cabrillo Beach in San Pedro. I was laying down to take this photo and had to be careful not to get washed away. This is the first photo of many that I took, so if you’re in the mood for sea and sand, stay tuned And Mom? Wish you could have been there

    It is only when we silent the blaring sounds of our daily existence that we can finally hear the whispers of truth that life reveals to us, as it stands knocking on the doorsteps of our hearts. K.T. Jong

  • :heartbeat: reminds me of home….

  • I really enjoy your photographs, and the quotes are such a nice touch! ;)

  • Every time I head up your way I like to go to the cliffs of the PV peninsula and sit for a while. I used to live there and went to sit often. It’s still beautiful and peaceful.

  • that si so gorgeous……i’d love to spend an entire day sitting there watching the waves crash in….. :sunny:

  • M-

    this is why i heard the sea this morning.

    though only a leaking radiator…steam dripping can sound the same.

  • I wish I could just step into that photo!

    Let me try.

  • Oh, I wanna go :) That’s wonderful.

    I have 7 pecan trees on my property and this time of year there are pecans covering my world. And I don’t enjoy picking them up or shelling them, but if I don’t it’s really wasteful and makes me feel guilty. The only good thing about them is that if I let my neighbor pick up all the front yard ones to keep, she makes me a delicious pecan pie or 2. yum

  • Wow, wish I was there too.  :lookaround:

  • mmm….tidepools.  haven’t come across a word as delicious as that in ages.  lovely as always.  :)

  • Beautiful!!  Well-captured!

  • :yes:I wish I’d been there too, Molly.   It looks a little like the coast in Puerto Rico where the snorklers would lie in the tidepools to see under the water.   Your photo is wilder.   The big breaker in the background looks delicious.

    Thanks for thinking of me.:heartbeat::heartbeat::heartbeat:
