Oh man, did those chili peppers take me back!  I used to buy them by the bushel, roast them on the spot, and then I’d take them home and skin them in a very clean bathtub full of water.  LOL! Talk about getting burned arms:  My skin would be tingling for another few hours after I was done!  New Mexican food is the best!!  If you don’t already have, but want a recipe for New Mexican Posole, just ask!    I learned from my former mother-in-law when I lived there, and she grew up there.  It’s super easy and positively DELICIOUS!
