Poor Moo. I’ve never been to Toronto, Tonto so I feel a little like the Lone Ranger.
That is incredibly cool
That is incredibly cool
I hope there is a sign near by that says “please don’t FEED the cow.”
hahahahaha
I dunno… with all those devils and cows sticking out of walls in that Canada of yours, I’d want to head back to the good old U.S. of A. too!
Which one is the better half?
I’d hate to have the apt with the window next to the back of the cow great shot!
moo?
That’s a funny facade! A zoo! How appropriate :D.
Well, I guess interesting decoration might be an understatement! Who came up with that? Maybe had a spare plaster cow standing around the house and said, Let’s cut her in half and glue her to our building!? Oh-kay!
Woops. That web site doesn’t seem to have any interesting photos. The project was to bolt stuff to the side of a building so it’d look like stuff was being thrown out all the windows.
Human zoo, eh? Most likely true. Hope you have a great day!
omg! i love these cows! how funny!!!!! what a wonderful find! and yes, i think i have to agree with that quote!! it IS a human zoo!
COOL! I MUST see that building.
Excellent photo and quote!
Those poor cows! And those poor people who walk under the business end at inoportune moments!
How – uhmm – odd?
Take care!
Very funny. I thought the author of the quote sounded familiar. I googled him and found he wrote “The Naked Ape” which I read years and years ago. I haven’t read his “Human Jungle” but now I might since you helped jog my memory.
This looks like something you might find in Philly.
 Oops. I think it’s “Human Zoo” not the other.
Better not let JayO see this. She’ll think it’s a cat or something.
I love this photo, Molly. LOOOOOVE it.
Hope you have a safe trip and an easy move. You will be back on xanga once you get settled, wontcha? I sure hope so.
Queen St.?
The quote is great, and so true, I think. While one first notices the cows, I find myself looking at the architecture, the similar or identical buildings with different paint, and details such as that.
That’s gotta be the funniest photo I’ve seen in a while. And a great quote to go with it!

The cows make me laugh!
I really like Desmond Morris. His book on cats (Catwatching) did a lot to help me understand my interactions with my cat.
It seems kinda weird to have such a classic and tasteful colour scheme -black, white and red – adhered to quite so strictly and then stick two big cow bits in the wall. I love it.
……funniest pic I’ve seen in a coon’s age. Thanks. MuSe
I was just reading another blog this week about a visit to Toronto, and now I have another reason to go. Thanks. LOL

Reminds me of The Defenestration Project.
