In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in an clearer light, and what is elusive and deceptive resolves itself into crystal clearness. Mahatma Gandhi
Tree shadows!!! I love taking shots of tree shadows.
Pic: love it!

Great simplicity in the composition. Aren’t you glad you have had new snow ? I have run out of scenaries to take pictures of, because the snow is so black and ugly everywhere
BTW I totally dig the quote. The attitude of silence… well said.
Wonderful! Snow does not stay that pristine for long when we get it. Kids tromp it into slush, then it melts the next day.
Great quote for this pic (pic for this quote?)!!
Gorgeous picture, and lovely quote. Man, that picture is gorgeous! I’d buy a print of that.
If you magnify the photo the snow looks like terrazzo flooring!
Lovely! And the quotes make your images extra thought-provoking
Gandhi was so enlightened. And the picture is so lovely!
*whispering as if in a golf tournament* The snow is so pristine looking that it seems as if it isn’t real. A very quiet photo……..
Oh, you are so gooooood. I love this one!

Enchanting…and most of us would have missed it.
how serene……..what a beautiful shot!
Absolutely fascinating! Not a step any where.
Like this photo. Makes me want to look up and out further into the scene.

…the photo with the quoto is a sum larger than it’s parts. Great combo, Molly. …perhaps knowing this is your “winter experience” helps in the appreciation of the snow, you think? Walking in knee deep snow has to be slow walking. MuSe
this is beautiful. Pprjournal did a different interpretation of this very same subject in almost the same aspect
