BTW, thanks for your post on my blog. So it seems like it isn’t without struggles for you to live in Montreal. I agree that the language barrier is a biggie. Have you learnt any French prior to your move? Well, even if one has learned proper French, it wouldn’t be much of use there in Québec, would it? A quebecois friend told me they call hamburger “hambougeois” and hot dogs “chien chaud” there. Is that true?!?!?! Anyway, I hope you will find youself more at home in the long run.
