I’ve arrived at this outermost edge of my life by my own actions. Where I am is thoroughly unacceptable. Therefore, I must stop doing what I’ve been doing. Alice Koller
this completely took my breath away. do you ever sell prints?
this is incredible….I love it!
@Smarticus - why of course Smarty i do! i work for an ad agency and have access to printing fine art prints/giclees. let me know if you’re really interested and i’ll message you
It’s like someone wrote that quote for me… I think I may be at that same edge. Lovely photo Molly… it’s magical… *~matthew~*
funny. when i took this shot, the state i was in wasn’t anything like serene… although i was looking for serene i suppose.
hope you are well
It’s been a while since I was on Xanga, so it’s nice to see some familiar faces. The new life in Paris is going very well thanks. I’ll be sure to stop by more often.
I sometimes find I can be in a serene environment, but my mind can be totally elsewhere, and yet when I think back to the moment, the distractions have long since evapourated and the memory is a beautiful one. Don’t know if that makes any sense?
I am seeing this post for the first time. It suits me to a T. You know my love of water, especially salt water. I started my journal when I really did live at the edge, on my beautiful Gulf of Mexico. That part of my life has passed away and now I seem to live on the edge of the beginning of the end of my life. Oh, I am not ancient, but I can better see the end than remember the beginning of it. Did you photoshop this or are the colors this brilliant? Keep using that wonderful eye for beauty and you will finally realize one day that you have a bit of genius in you.
you need to start writing again so i can have your thoughts down on paper! i used to love reading your entries, fact and fiction. it makes me sad of course to think about the end, but i know it is the natural circle of life for the colors in this, i merely adjusted both ends of the spectrum in photoshop and voila! brilliant color! and thank you for the vote of confidence, i’m hoping that 2010 is going to be a good year artistically and that i will really move into my own. alot of changes, that’s for sure. love-love-love. all love! ~dotter

@bleuzeus - are you my twin?
I love your view of water (liquids) in your last two posts. Not feeling at the edge but always looking to step into a new place…..

Very serene, glad to see you’re still taking beautiful photos.
