These tiny frogs remind me of the Puerto Rican frogs called Coquis that inhabit the island. They had a distinct call in the evening hours, and it was very mesmerizing. (I actually thought that the casinos had a recording of them outside their doors to lure in patrons). These tiny frogs have been exported to other places, but seem to only survive on the island of Puerto Rico.
The Puerto Ricans are very proud of their “Coqui”.
He looks pretty content where he is.. not planning to leap any time soon I suppose. Great shot.. as always… *~matthew~*
