Foothill Shooting Star & Buckeye blossom
To find the universal elements enough; to find the air and the water exhilarating; to be refreshed by a morning walk or an evening saunter… to be thrilled by the stars at night; to be elated over a bird’s nest or a wildflower in spring – these are some of the rewards of the simple life. John Burroughs

It’s beautiful–what is it? It looks a little like a cyclamen. Nice shot. (I like the quote, too.)
I can’t keep a cyclamen alive for the life of me…..so I will admire this flower, cyclamen or not.
What a stunning shot Molly… I love the color of the flower
and the soft back ground… it’s great.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend sister!

I know exactly what John Burroughs means about the morning walk. However, I do not saunter….I push myself for a good workout on the beach each morning! Your photos are so nice. Are those photos taken on your new property?? I wish I was a photographer, because the beach water was so fabulous today. Words cannot describe the beauty.
Yay for the simple life of living in the Now!
