{Trees} They are beautiful in their peace, they are wise in their silence. They will stand after we are dust. They teach us, and we tend them. Galeain ip Altiem MacDunelmor
Because I am a introverted 80′s rock fan my mind ( damn wonky thing ) immediately thought of the Rush song “Trees”. *tsk tsk* “There is unrest in the forest There is trouble with the trees For the maples want more sunlight and the oaks ignore their pleas…”
My amp goes up to eleven!
You’re wonderful. x.g.
I like the quote very much and the photo is striking. I wonder how it looked in color? Momma
I love this quote. I have been blessed with so much peace and solace from the trees around me. To see the heart of the wood is beautiful. Blessings abound
LOVE!
thanks for your remarks, I did tweak my latest two shots with photoshop more than i usually do. for some reason i felt those two needed it. almost as if the creative process wasn’t complete with just capturing the images. i didn’t give too much info with the post but there is more there than you get at first glance, and much most will not get at all.
I love your recent shots of the beach and sand. so much goes overlooked.
