  • I do believe this.    While no one loves “vegging out” more than I do, getting up and doing something constructive is necessary for anyone’s wellbeing, especially if it means going outdoors and doing something really physical.   

    The image here is beautiful and the quote is brilliant.

  • Not that I completely disagree with that quote, but I have a rather opposing one it made me think of:
