No matter how much pressure you feel at work, if you could find ways to relax for at least five minutes every hour, you’d be more productive. Dr. Joyce Brothers
Yesssssssssssss….I do this quite often through out the day.

Is Dr. Brothers still among the living? I remember watching her on tv when I was a child. At least I think I remember that. But, like Ashleigh Brillant, I’ve found some of my favorite memories never happened.
The picture really does say that quote very nicely. Good choice. (and a great shot, as always.)
If I ever aspire to become a Zen master, I’m probably going to start it in your blog.
Yep. very soothing. Good match-up.

Now all we have to do is convince our employers to allow this short rest period. ~smile~ I don’t see it happening soon.
Lovely quote and photo.
Mom
I think that is why coffee breaks, lunch hours and vacations came about, industrialists realized rests made people more productive.
Have a safe and happy fourth of July, Love to you, Judi
That’s encourgaging.

And she would be correct. Probably wouldn’t hurt to do it a couple times during a work day. But then, I’ll never be able to test that theory again because . . . THANK GOD I’M RETIRED!!!!!
my relaxation at work comes from a good cup of coffee
and I happen to get that right down the street from the office.
even just going to retrieve it can be relaxing…
love the photo…

I will have to keep this quote in mind as I go about my daily tasks…I need the rest.
