…Happiness, and past ~n future in the same sentence?

    that is significant… lol

  • As I browse through your pictures, I recognize so many of the same places you’ve captured and it brings a lot of memories and a couple of questions:

    A. Do you drive to all this places? just curious

    B. What kind of camera do you use? I use an SLR Cannon Rebel 2000 (Film)

  • Just came by to say hi and see if you had updated, Judi

  • nice pics and words.  in my line of work i have a sincere fondness of lighthouses, just as long as i stay away from them.  of course i have a sincere fondness of mothers too.  little known lighthouse trivia or legend:  the Menot Ledge Light south of Boston MA, has a light characteristic of 1-4-3 (flashes) every 20 seconds.  It is known as the “I LOVE YOU” light, and the charachteristic was asked for by the fishmen’s wives, so that their husbands would be able to see the light from sea and think of them.  oddly, i could also be interpreted as ” I HATE YOU”  but then that doesn’t sound half as romantic.

  • I was on a boat coming into Long Beach from Catalina yesterday and remembered this picture, and thought to myself, “I wonder where that lighthouse is?” Just as I thought that, I looked out the window and there it was! Of course I had already put my camera away, so no picture.

Catalina was way cool, though.  Have you ever been over there?
