This is a piece of artwork that I will have in the annual La Virgen show here in Long Beach in December put on by a local gallery/framer. Some of you might remember my IcePik series (Southlenz). This particular IcePik wasn’t ever exhibited. I chose it because of the heart shape that was a natural occurence in the ice. The head of Mary was taken from another photo that I took this year while at the Grotto in Portland, Oregon.
